An incredible opportunity has arisen for a motivated Diploma or Bachelor qualified advocate and leader to join the OAC family as Campus Director of our stunning Seaforth service! You will be joining our organisation at an exciting time as we have just rolled out our CD training program for 2025. You will take part in a new initiative we are running to enable our Directors to become the `CEO of their Campus’.
As Campus Director you will manage the operations of the centre with a particular focus on our 5 key pillars: People, Quality, Growth, Safety and Financial performance. We will provide you with the tools, mentoring and technology to enable you to succeed in the role.
We want to support you through mentorship and training to take autonomy for running the business so you can take pride in your leadership style and develop your career. We hope to shape future OAC leaders and offer exciting internal progression opportunities within our education, pedagogy, safety and operations teams.
