Gower College Swansea is one of the largest colleges in Wales with a strong reputation for high quality teaching and learning. We have six campuses across the city with over 4,500 full time learners and 10,000 part time learners. THE ROLE:

• Full time - 37 Hours per week
• Term Time - 37 Weeks per annum
• Fixed Term until July 5th 2026

£12.80 - £13.07 per hour (£20,276.33 - £20,708.28 Per Annum)

• Tycoch and Gorseinon campuses

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide a platform for student feedback on the use and improvement of student areas and enrichment opportunities.
• Be a first responder to incidents or reports of conflict, using de-escalation and restorative approaches.
• Help students develop a sense of belonging by encouraging inclusive and representative activities across campuses.
