Internship Overview The Campus Growth Associate will represent Skill Vedanth within their academic institution and support the company’s outreach, engagement, and growth initiatives at the campus level. This role provides hands-on exposure to marketing, communication, and organizational growth strategies. Key Responsibilities Represent Skill Vedanth as a campus ambassador and primary point of contact Promote Skill Vedanth programs and initiatives among students Support online and offline promotional activities, including webinars and workshops Coordinate with student groups, clubs, and faculty where required Assist in student onboarding and collect structured feedback Skills and Competencies Developed Professional communication and interpersonal skills Marketing and brand outreach fundamentals Leadership and coordination abilities Event planning and execution Exposure to startup and organizational growth operations Benefits and Perks Internship Completion Certificate from Skill Vedanth Letter of Recommendation based on performance Performance-based incentives or stipend (if applicable) Complimentary or discounted access to Skill Vedanth learning programs Flexible working hours aligned with academic schedules Eligibility Criteria Currently enrolled undergraduate or postgraduate students Strong communication and organizational skills Self-motivated individuals with an interest in marketing, business development, or entrepreneurship Internship Duration 1 to 3 months (stipend min 5k to max 20k) within 1 to 4 weeks based on performance Currently enrolled undergraduate or postgraduate student (any discipline) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Interest in marketing, campus outreach, or business development Ability to engage and coordinate with students effectively Comfortable using social media and digital communication tools Self-motivated, proactive, and well-organized Able to manage internship responsibilities alongside academics
