MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: * Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. * 2 years of experience in Project Management or equivalent experience in managing projects in construction, infrastructure, or a technology-related field. * 2 years of experience proving capacity for Leadership in driving cross-functional teams toward common project goals, developing creative solutions that minimize impact on project timelines and costs. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: * Experience with mission-critical equipment/environments (e.g., switchgear, generators, chillers, cooling towers, air handling units, controls, security monitoring systems, fire safety systems). * Experience managing vendor relationships. * Experience with Project Controls methodologies in a construction or mission-critical environment. * Understanding of standard practices in the design and construction industry, including knowledge of fast-track design-build processes. * Knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems. * Ability to gather requirements, organize resources, prioritize tasks, manage schedules, achieve objectives within defined goals and excellent communication, people-management, and problem-solving skills. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $126,000-$181,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
