About the role This internship is part-time @ 10 hours/week This internship is for college students only; enrolled in a bachelor's degree program This internship is available for the Spring Semester of 2026, with potential for the Fall 2026 Semester This internship will receive a $500/month stipend Purpose of the position: The CCO Campus Ministry Student Internship provides an opportunity for CCO students to dip their toes into the world of vocational ministry. Student Interns will participate in a national program designed to introduce them to faithful ministry behaviors, postures, and strategies for the purpose of further developing their own leadership and investing in a local ministry context. Interns are encouraged to utilize their gifts and talents to proclaim the good news of Jesus' resurrection and invite their peers to follow Him with the whole of their lives. Qualifications/Requirements Education: Current enrollment as a college student (in the Spring of 2026) Experience: Current CCO student leader; regularly engaged in CCO ministry rhythms + invested in a local church Job Description: Campus Responsibilities Engage Be knowledgeable of and collaborative in the execution of the campus ministry plan in line with the Campus Playbook. Make contact with students, following up with them and inviting students into ministry opportunities. Assist in the planning and execution of student events that create environments for connection. Evangelize Commit to praying for not yet Christians on campus and in the community. Assist in the creation of events/environments where students will hear the gospel. Lead and/or participate in evangelism conversations with students inviting them to know and follow Jesus. Establish Assist in the facilitation of gatherings of students on campus throughout the week that include prayer, teaching, evangelism, leadership development, and applying Scripture to life in college and beyond. Regularly invite students into the life of the local church. Equip Invite students to become student leaders within the CCO. Assist in the facilitation of student leadership development on campus. Embody Invite students regularly to CCO’s Jubilee conference and other transformative opportunities.
