The Position
The Campus Program Specialist - German speaking actively contributes to the company’s success by positioning Roche as the employer of choice for the early in career demographic. The Campus Program Specialist must collaborate with the Early in Career Partners and multiple stakeholders across all areas of the business to plan and execute Early in Career and Program activities that build and develop sustainable, diverse early talent pipelines to fill the future hiring needs of our businesses. The Campus Program Specialist will also be responsible for ensuring that the Early in Career program is implemented and executed in accordance with the direction set forth by the Early in Career Partner and Early in Career strategy.

WHO YOU ARE:

  • Experience in a Campus Program Specialist or Early in Career (EiC) role with strong expertise in early talent development and growth. A University or College degree in Human Resources Management or a related field is preferred, with additional experience in event management and project management.
  • Passionate about learning, staying on top of early talent trends, and using data-driven decision-making to guide actions.
  • Strong project management skills, adept at applying agile methodologies in daily operations.
  • Proven ability to manage stakeholders effectively, building strong relationships and driving results across global divisions.
  • A collaborative team player with a growth mindset, open to taking risks, experimenting, and constantly seeking new learning opportunities while actively giving and receiving feedback.
  • Fluent in both English and German, with strong communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel when needed.
