KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

What you’ll be doing:

  • Develop end-to-end recruitment campaign strategies to meet longer term client requirements.
  • Develop and support the sourcing strategy for each role/business unit and agree the strategy.
  • Work effectively with the sourcing and admin team to ensure a smooth client and candidate experience.
  • Responsible for the management of candidate relationships.
  • Ensure all AMS and client systems are updated in a correct and timely manner.
  • Forecasting placements based on demand, changes in the clients business, the candidate pipeline and trends in business demand.
  • Producing timely and accurate activity and management information reporting.
  • Producing communications to a high standard (e.g. client presentations) and in accordance with the client’s brand guidelines if required.
  • Involvement in any relevant client presentations and evaluation / review meetings.
  • Identifying areas of process improvement, service enhancement, related strategic projects and opportunities to increase the scope of the service and communicating these to the Client Services Manager and the team.
  • Ensure that all changes to a candidate’s status are tracked on the ATS to enable accurate reporting
  • Participate in campus events.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

What you need to have to be successful:

  • Experience in campus recruitment with a proven track record of managing high-volume events and conferences.
  • Act as a key representative to pipeline candidates, building strong connections with diverse talent pools at scale.
  • Partner with coordinators to ensure seamless execution of all logistics, from large-scale conferences to on-campus events.
  • Experience in Financial Services is preferred but not required.
  • Demonstrate a strong customer focus with the ability to effectively manage senior stakeholder relationships.
  • Regularly interact with the business to provide insights on the candidate pool and support successful placement into roles.
  • Lead and ensure smooth delivery of campus events, and student programming.

As an Early Careers & Campus Recruiter you’ll be responsible for coordinating and managing the end-to-end candidate selection process, from campus outreach to final offers. Leveraging your skills in relationship-building and process management, you’ll collaborate with educational institutions, organize campus recruitment events, screen resumes, schedule interviews, and support candidates throughout their hiring journey. Your efforts will ensure a seamless and positive experience for all Early Career candidates, aligning with each client’s unique values and strategic goals.
