This individual will own and execute a comprehensive university recruiting strategy, building a pipeline of early-career talent — including interns, co-ops, and full-time new graduates.  * The Campus Recruiter will serve as a brand ambassador on campuses across the Southeast, representing our culture, career opportunities, and commitment to professional development. * Develop and manage relationships with 15+ universities, including faculty, career services departments, and student organizations (AGC student chapters, ASCE, etc.) * Extend offers, manage offer negotiations, and ensure a great candidate experience from first contact to on-boarding. What You Bring to the Table    * Associate's Degree required (Bachelor's Degree preferred) * Must be able to work in an office environment /on-site. This is not a remote position.  * Must demonstrate the ability to multi-task while keeping track of priorities with time-sensitive responsibilities. * Must be willing to travel for career fairs and events throughout the year.
