OneSchool Global NZ is looking for a committed Student Support Assistant (Teacher Aide) to join our team at the Hastings Campus. This role focuses on supporting students, with a preference for candidates who have experience working with students requiring high needs learning or behavioural support.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

• Work with a small group of students and on an individual basis throughout the day.
• Support students with their independent learning across a range of subjects.
• Assist in keeping students engaged, motivated, and on track with their learning goals.
• Collaborate with teachers to ensure the best support strategies are in place.

ROLE DETAILS:

Hours: Approximately 11–12 hours per week, split over two days (5.5–6 hours per day). We’re flexible on which days you work, though we’d prefer one of them to be a Monday or Friday. Standard start time is 8:30am, but we can adjust for the right candidate. Additional flexibility across other days may be required from time to time.
Start Date: As soon as possible.
Fixed Term Contract until 12th December 2025, with possibility to be renewed for another year.
Location: OneSchool Global NZ, Hastings Campus.
