About the role: As the Campus Success Manager you will oversee and elevate Vivvi’s corporate sponsored early childhood education campuses in the Southeastern United States. You will drive success by managing operational components such as maintaining school budgets, licensing and compliance, staff management and development, maintenance and repairs. while also serving as a motivational leader for Heads of Schools, helping them achieve individual and organization-wide goals. This leader will also be instrumental as a support and liaison to our corporate partners. A results-driven leader who is passionate about education, supporting working families, and possesses outstanding business acumen will thrive in this role and positively impact Vivvi teachers and the families and children we serve. As a Campus Success Manager, you will: Provide strategic leadership to all Southeastern region childcare campuses to drive: Business and financial success of campuses including overseeing the P&L of each site as well as enrollment targets The excellence in care and education being provided for each child through both a health and safety/compliance lens as well as program quality oversight The overall experience of the teachers and families by ensuring all policies and practices are executed consistently and being an active member of the community Manage the relationships between Vivvi’s campuses and our corporate partners Provide direct support to Heads of School as their supervisor, offering professional mentorship and serving as point of escalation for difficult matters Optimize campus operations by supporting effective staffing, scheduling, training, expense management, facilities and vendor management, etc. Create a positive, inclusive working environment within and between all campus locations by leading focus groups, convening the Teacher Committee on a monthly basis, and monitoring morale through visits, surveys, etc., all with a focus on diversity, equity, and inclusion Act as a liaison between campuses, Vice President of Campus Success and HQ office by providing regular updates and reports from the field Oversee, implement, and improve upon all Vivvi standard operating procedures Strategically deploy resources and support across campuses as needed including overseeing substitute teacher assignments Work onsite at campuses four to five days per week to provide coaching, program audits, and administrative support Apply today if you: Have 8+ years experience working as a campus leader Have 5+ years experience leading people to exemplary outcomes for children Have experience in Multi Site management Have experience developing goals and driving outcomes to meet financial and operational benchmarks Have experience working with employer sponsored childcare programs Excel in people leadership, leveraging others to achieve consistency and quality at scale Are passionate about building community, and have knowledge of best practices in DEI Are competent in Excel and Google Suite Are experienced with producing high quality work product, such as memos, policies and presentations, and presenting to executive level leadership to drive improvements and outcomes across an organization What We Offer: Competitive Compensation: The salary range for this role is $80,000-$100,000 per year based on level of education and experience.
