Description

Define architecture, create high-level design artefacts, and establish technology approaches and processes. Develop and implement solutions in a multi-team environment to enable successful process automation in the CARE domain. Perform hands-on Java and microservices development aligned with sprint objectives. Support management in expanding the process automation footprint for VOIS in Solstice. Build proof of concepts and strengthen BPMN/Camunda capability within VOIS. Mentor and train Java developers to upskill on Camunda BPMN and assist in team setup and capability building. Strong experience with Camunda Engine, BPMN business processes, and associated tools within SOA/Microservice architecture. Proven hands-on Java development expertise, including knowledge of design patterns for microservices. Solid understanding of Event-Driven Architecture and messaging platforms (preferably Kafka). Proficient in Spring and Spring Boot, with good knowledge of CI/CD tools and practices. Degree or higher qualification in Software Engineering or a related technical discipline. Excellent analytical, technical communication, and coaching skills with a collaborative approach to problem-solving. Not a perfect fit?
