As Director of Digital Enablement , you will lead the transformation of manual processes into streamlined, data-driven digital solutions. You will partner with Format Development team leads to co-develop and execute a unified Digital Strategy Roadmap that aligns with Format Development’s strategic objectives. Your role spans strategy, execution, and cross-functional alignment— shaping a shared digital vision and turning it into reality through trusted partnerships and thoughtful innovation.
In this role, you will also work closely with Walmart US and Walmart International counterparts to identify, adapt, and align with best-in-class solutions already in use across the global Walmart ecosystem. You will help bring Format Development’s digital capabilities to parity with global standards, ensuring consistency, scalability, and reusability of technology assets wherever possible.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in technology, operations, or business.
- Experience working in a retail or omnichannel enterprise.
- Familiarity with Walmart systems and technology stack is a plus.
