JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a Business Intelligence Developer with expertise in Tableau and data accessibility to support a high-impact inclusion initiative within a top-tier Canadian bank. You’ll lead the transformation of key Tableau dashboards to ensure they are fully compliant with accessibility standards for visual impairments.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Tableau dashboard development
• Proven experience designing for accessibility and disability inclusion
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Proficiency in Databricks, PySpark, and SQL
• Ability to handle large datasets and develop inclusive data visualizations

NICE-TO-HAVE EXPERIENCE:

• Background in banking or financial services
• Experience contributing to organizational EDI (Equity, Diversity, Inclusion) initiatives

REQUIRED SKILLS:
