If you have: Experience interacting with and presenting to high-level customer contacts Excellent customer service Experience with purchasing and ERP systems Strong knowledge of windows-based operating system and software Strong written and oral communication skills Superior project management skills Technical knowledge of cutting tools Knowledge of industrial vending equipment Demonstrated supervisory skills and experience leading a team Time management skills A typical day may look like this: Oversee all site operations Address customer concerns in a timely manner Ensure employees are properly trained and working safely Extensive interaction with staff i.e.; scheduling, problem solving, and team building Discipline employees as outlined in the US Tool company handbook Interact with receiving personnel regarding incoming deliveries Investigate inventory discrepancies Report any pertinent issues to Program Manager Interact with customer and suppliers regarding project management Assist with developing quotes as needed Other duties assigned 80% Walking/Standing 20% Sitting Lifting up to 50 lbs.
