Job Description Handle LIMS system (quotation, client’s data/sample regist, and related tasks) Coordinate with BD team to resolve client’s inquiries/complaints Follow up with existing clients and maintain their regular use of ES services Promote the products/services to clients, answer questions and concerns as they arise, respond to inquiries, and resolve issues as they come up Understand client’s needs and make appropriate proposal clients/ BD team in case approval needed Liaise with related teams to update clients’ debt status for appropriate actions Collect clients’ feedback, communicate with BD and team members, make case-study for better professional customer service Qualifications Graduate with major Business Admin, Food/Post harvest/ Biology Technology, or have profound understanding of the Food, Food-related markets and ability to expand capability to other sectors At least 1 - 2 years experience at the same position Good English is a plus Additional Information All your information will be kept confidential according to privacy policy.
