Sanofi’s contingent workforce program, FLEXT Direct, is seeking a HR Business Partner I for a 12 month contract
Description:
As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will support the total talent process within an assigned Business Unit or Functions, such as Specialty Care and Consumer; Digital and Corporate Functions; R&D and Mrna; and Manufacturing and Supply, Vaccines and General Medicines. This individual will be responsible for setting and leading the end-to-end search strategy, as well as executing and leading metric-driven search assignments, while also ensuring the organization is focused, successful and competitive to meet recruitment goals.
This person will also deliver best-in-class relationship management with candidates, internal/external clients and partners, and vendors. The Talent Acquisition Partner will proactively identify and implement forward-thinking attraction and passive sourcing strategies in response to the business needs and will be responsible for identifying and assessing internal and external talent. This position will be accountable for driving these strategies through collaboration with our People Business Partners and Hiring Managers to ensure the timely and cost- effective identification and selection of high quality and diverse talent required to achieve business short- and long-term goals.
Key Responsibilities

“• Talent acquisition accountability for specified group(s) within Sanofi

  • Leveraging creative methods to identify and source prospective talent across various channels (talent pipelining)
  • Engage with talent through various outreach methods including phone, e-mail, Zoom, LinkedIn and other channels
  • Conduct interviews to assess candidate qualifications for current & future opportunities
  • Develop effective relationships with both internal stakeholders and candidates interested in future opportunities
  • Understand and effectively communicates the Sanofi value proposition to prospective candidates
  • Actively stay up to date on market trends and proactively shares insights with colleagues
  • Seek out knowledge in relevant areas to increase ability to connect and expand professional network
  • Attend recruiting events as needed to represent Sanofi "

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
  • 3-5 years of professional experience in health care, life sciences, technical, scientific or retail environment.
  • Fluent in French Language

Preferred Qualification

  • Experience in customer service, human resources, business management, or field sales roles
  • Demonstrated experience building effective relationships and relationship management
  • Proven stakeholder management with ability to handle ambiguity, stressful and/or confidential situations with savviness and professionalism”
