SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Undergraduate degree in business, marketing, communication, or equivalent
  • Post-graduate degree in marketing or related field would be an asset
  • 5+ years’ experience in executive leadership positions
  • Proven experience in writing successful RFPs
  • Working experience in Salesforce
  • Exceptional verbal, written, and visual communication skills
  • Strong strategic planning and analysis skills in sales, marketing and competitor analysis
  • Collection industry (ARM) experience preferred
  • 3+ years of expertise in business development within the BPO industry or related field
  • Deep knowledge of BPO services, including contact center operations, back-office solutions, and shared services

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum of five years’ sales experience in similar environment (i.e., Credit / Collections) is preferred

Responsibilities
  • Responsible for building and managing of all sales and business development operations, including market competitiveness analysis, negotiation and client onboarding
  • Drive the development of domestic and international sales strategies
  • Maintain key client relationships and develop and implement strategies for expanding the company’s customer bas
  • Define new or emerging market requirements and operational costs
  • Oversee marketing communications including branding, public relations and advertising
  • Develop social media content, conduct market research, and enhance website design and content in support of a positive brand image
  • Develop pricing policies and strategies as well as terms and conditions for new clients
  • Develop and track metrics and success criteria for all marketing programs and activities
  • Lead the development and use of best-practice policies, practices, and tools that ensure effective project management, cross team communications and workflow
