We are looking to recruit a dynamic Cancer MDT Admin Team Leader.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day management of all administrative and clerical staff both present and newly appointed within the Cancer Lead Team service. The role will act as the direct line management for all administrative and clerical staff within the Cancer Lead Teams facilitation of weekly team meetings and monthly 1:1 meetings. Ensure that the Cancer Lead admin team are supported in delivering their duties within agreed timescales and that they escalate speciality pathway issues appropriately which will support the post holder in driving, improving, and maintaining the Trusts cancer performance. The post holder will be responsible for the personal and professional development of all admin and clerical members of the Cancer Lead team.
To enable the Trust to deliver safe, accessible, high quality patient care for patients referred on a Suspicion of Cancer Pathway by managing the Cancer MDT Admin team to help support cancer performance, national and regional cancer planning priorities, NHSE Cancer Long Term Plan, Achieving World Class Cancer Outcomes, Best Practice Timed Pathways.
