What You’ll Do You will expand your expertise across multiple valuation disciplines while contributing to high-quality client deliverables. Your responsibilities will include: Conducting on-site inspections and gathering accurate property and asset data. Completing detailed market, economic, and property-level research. Preparing clear, defensible valuation reports to support: Real Property Appraisals Depreciation / Reserve Fund Studies And with opportunities for Insurance Appraisals and Risk Management Reports Balancing independent fieldwork with report writing and analytical work. Collaborating closely with senior appraisers to refine methodologies, apply standards, and deliver credible results. Travel Enjoy a dynamic mix of office and field work with up to 20% travel, primarily throughout Saskatchewan, with periodic assignments across Western Canada and nationally. For this role, candidates must reside in Saskatchewan. Who You Are You are an emerging appraisal professional who is: Analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple deadlines. Professional in communication and client interactions. Capable of working both independently and as part of a collaborative team. Proficient with technology and can learn new digital tools and systems quickly In possession of a valid driver’s license and willing to travel as needed. Qualifications Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are an asset. Enrolled in the AACI designation through the Appraisal Institute of Canada. Experience in property inspection, data collection, construction, or interpreting building plans is an advantage. Demonstrated research, data analysis, and critical thinking skills. Strong digital literacy, including efficient file management, data accuracy, and attention to detail when working with technology. Proficient with Microsoft Office A combination of education and relevant experience will also be considered.
