  • Proven track record of success in providing admin and scheduling in recruiting the best talent
  • Experience working with a global Centre of Excellence and driving standardization across multiple locations

SOFT AND TECHNICAL SKILLS

  • Exceptional communication and strong candidate and stakeholder management skills
  • Deep understanding of recruitment best practices, processes, and technologies, including experience with scheduling tools
  • Fluent in English (Polish or Hungarian is a plus)

Responsibilities
  • Execute the candidate care strategy as communicated by the Candidate Care Partner, supporting the Candidate Care Partner in delivering exceptional candidate experiences.
  • Proactively engage with candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle (e.g.: interview scheduling, post offer support), utilizing preferred communication channels to provide timely updates, answer questions, and gather feedback.
  • Administer and collect candidate satisfaction surveys, analyzing feedback to identify areas for improvement within the candidate journey.
  • Contribute ideas and recommendations to the Candidate Care Partner for process improvements, leveraging technology and data-driven insights to optimize candidate interactions.
  • Collaborate effectively with both recruiters in hubs and in market to ensure candidate care practices are aligned with regional guidelines and best practices.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of a comprehensive candidate knowledge base and resources, providing easy access to information and support throughout the recruitment process
