Customer First! § Relationship Management § Schedule all candidates interviews with hiring teams § Build strong business partnerships with recruiters, HRBP’s, etc. § Actively act as SE brand ambassador to both internal and external candidates! Act like an owner! § Candidate Management – Schedule all candidate interviews – phone, video and in person § Manage all administrative activities for assigned functions – includes: verbal and written communications with candidates, pre and post requisition administration, managing the pre- employment contingency process (offers, background check, pre-onboarding). Prepare for a candidates first day with us, including background checks, payroll information and communications. § Track and Report candidate flow using our ATS. § Own your TA space!
