As Salsify scales, the focus on our people is more important now than ever. We are looking for a Candidate Experience Coordinator to join our team and help create and deliver an exceptional candidate experience which in turn helps us hire the best.
The Candidate Experience Coordinator plays a critical role on the Talent Acquisition team, driving positive and memorable experiences for candidates, while also partnering internally with Talent Acquisition Partners and hiring teams on the interview process. This person is a high energy, detail oriented, creative individual with a burning desire to contribute & think differently.

• Previous coordination experience or relevant work/on-campus experience in recruiting, events, support or operations role
• A bias to action and are organized, flexible and adaptable
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Excellent problem solving skills; you can think creatively when challenges arise.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (our company language is English); sense of humor a plus!
• Tools we use: Greenhouse, GSuite, Slack, LinkedIn Recruiter, Workday, and more
