The Role As a Candidate Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in building and nurturing our candidate network, the backbone of Joss Search. You’ll work closely with various levels of consultants to: Proactively source high‑quality business support candidates (EA, PA and senior support roles). Conduct screening and registration interviews. Build long‑term, trusted relationships with candidates. Shape and manage talent pools for repeat and retained searches. Deliver an outstanding, thoughtful candidate experience at every stage. This is not CV‑flicking recruitment. It’s consultative, values‑led and relationship‑driven – with real ownership and commercial exposure.
