Description Candidate Sourcer - Medical Device Sales We’re seeking a proven Medical Device Sales, Candidate Sourcer to support our expanding healthcare and life sciences division. This role is not full-cycle — your focus will be sourcing high-performing medical device sales professionals, then handing them off to the Account Manager for interview, submission and client communication. What We’re Looking For You must have hands-on and recent (within the last 4 months) experience recruiting within the medical device or healthcare sales industry, ideally for roles such as Territory Managers, Sales Representatives, or Regional Directors. Compensation & Structure 1099 Independent Contractor (Commission Only). You control your methods, schedule, and approach—we focus solely on results. Sourcers are responsible for their own business expenses (recruiting tools, job boards, networking, etc.). Fees or commissions are paid upon successful placements.

Responsibilities

The Candidate Sourcer will focus on sourcing high-performing medical device sales professionals. They will then hand off candidates to the Account Manager for interview and client communication.
