We are seeking a hardworking, client focused Candidate Sourcing and Research Analyst for our Barrie office.
SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS:
· The ideal candidate will have in-depth research abilities combined with a confident interpersonal style and the ability to quickly sift through and find critical information in a forest of data.
· The ability to work independently on company and industry sector related research projects.
· Must be willing to approach information sources via phone as well as to utilize data from a variety of sources.
· Must have strong oral and written presentation skills and experience with computer software.
· Must have in-depth knowledge of Word, Excel, and database software applications.
This position will be a starting-off point/ window into a growing and vibrant industry with global career opportunities.
· Detailed study and mining of database and Internet-based information sources, personal contact and phone interviewing of subject individuals, as well as gathering of various other types of intelligence and data.
· The function will lead to further involvement in candidate recruitment, qualifying and interviewing (mainly via telephone) related to specific search assignments.
