Sweetwater Farms is looking for a passionate and people-oriented Brand Associate to join our growing team. This role is all about being the face of Sweetwater Farms out in the field—connecting with budtenders, engaging with store purchasers, representing our products at vendor days, and supporting sales initiatives.

BONUS SKILLS (PREFERRED):

• Marketing, content creation, or social media management experience.
• Graphic design skills (Adobe Suite, Canva, or similar).
• Previous experience in cannabis sales, brand ambassadorship, or retail.

• Conduct regular in-store visits to check on product displays, brand representation, and inventory.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with budtenders and store purchasers, ensuring they have the knowledge and tools to promote Sweetwater Farms products.
• Represent the brand at vendor days, events, and pop-ups, driving consumer engagement and brand awareness.
• Provide feedback from the field to the sales and marketing teams on trends, customer insights, and competitor activity.
• Assist the Director of Marketing with sales support, promotional campaigns, and brand activations.
