Responsibilities:
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages to customers’ homes or businesses
- Follow delivery routes and time schedules
- Provide excellent customer service during deliveries.
- Check identification of customers who appear to be 25 years of age or under
- Abide by all company policies and procedures.
Skills:
- Valid Cannsell Cannabis Retail Certification.
- Basic math skills for handling payments and calculating delivery routes
- Proficient in English for effective communication with customers and colleagues
- Familiarity with office software for recording and organizing delivery information
- Ability to sell additional products or services to customers during deliveries
- Strong organizational skills to ensure timely and efficient delivery operations
- Hospitality skills to provide a positive and friendly experience to customers
- Excellent customer service skills to address any concerns or issues during deliveries
