WestCan Cannabis is an AGLC-licensed recreational cannabis store, known throughout the neighbourhood as the chill, friendly place to pick up flower. We’re independent & locally owned, and proud of it.
We are looking for responsible, hardworking, and dedicated retail store associates with a positive attitude who thrive on delivering excellent customer service and educating the public about cannabis. Must be passionate about cannabis.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum 18+ years of age
• Prior retail or customer service experience
• Cannabis knowledge an asset
• Valid SellSafe Certification
• Mandatory police record check
• Any and all other provincially and/or federally required training
  Job Type: Part-time
  Pay: $15.50-$17.00 per hour

Work Location: In perso

• Greeting customers as they enter the shop
• Operating the POS terminal and adhering to all cash and loss prevention procedures
• Providing an educational and informative experience for all customers
• Complete regular inventory audits
• Assist in opening/closing at the beginning or end of shifts, executing to high operating standards
• Ensure the store is clean and well-stocked, including regular surface sanitization and floor sweeping/mopping
• Any other duties as assigned by Store Manager
