Location: Tiong Bahru Centre (near Tiong Bahru MRT) / Bishan Centre (Sin Ming Ave)Salary: $2,800 – $3,800 per month (commensurate with experience)

ABOUT CANOPY EDUCATION

Founded in 2018, Canopy Education is a student care and enrichment provider for primary school children. With expansion underway, we are hiring multiple positions to meet our growing centre and program needs.

JOB DESCRIPTION – CENTRE MANAGER / ASSISTANT CENTRE MANAGER

• Oversee daily operations of the student care centre to ensure smooth and efficient management.
• Lead and mentor a team of teachers, ensuring that our after-school program is conducted in line with the centre’s framework, guidelines, and philosophy (training provided).
• Build strong relationships with parents through regular communication on children’s progress and well-being.
• Manage staff scheduling, coordination and evaluation.
• Guide primary school children during homework supervision and enrichment programmes when needed.
• Plan and coordinate daily programmes, holiday camps, and special events.
• Ensure safety, discipline, and a positive learning environment for all students.
• Contribute to business development and enrollment growth initiatives as directed by the Centre Owner / Director.
• Plan and schedule updates to our website (monthly) and social media (weekly)
• For subject teachers: conduct English, Chinese, and/or Mathematics enrichment lessons according to our curriculum requirements.

• Minimum Polytechnic Diploma or equivalent (required).
• Prior experience in student care, childcare, or education management will be an advantage.
