We are looking for candidates with a keen interest in family law and wills and probate. They would have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal and a commitment to providing the highest standard of client care.

The responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:

  • Assisting the solicitor in progressing cases
  • Meeting and taking instructions from clients
  • Drafting statements, letters and applications
  • Researching caselaw
  • Maintaining files
  • Administration duties

The ideal candidate will have the following attributes:

  • Excellent English and Cantonese language skills both verbal and written
  • A degree
  • Excellent research skills
  • Good attention to detail and personal organisation skills

The position would be ideal for candidates who have just finished their degree and are looking for work experience in a law firm.
The position is office based.
