The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is flexible with scheduling, and is highly organized. This role requires engaging with the community, sharing information, and promoting our cause or services in a fun and approachable manner. This is also an introductory role that can easily be promoted to the Project Consultant position after year 1. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Engage with residents and businesses in all of our service area to share information and promote our initiatives. * Maintain a positive and energetic attitude while interacting with the public. * Organize daily canvassing routes and manage time efficiently to maximize outreach. * Adapt to changing schedules and locations as needed. * Work independently and as part of a team to meet outreach goals. * Report feedback and results to the management team in a timely manner.
