We are expanding our field marketing team and looking for driven individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, people-first environment. Position Overview As a Part-Time Canvassing / Field Marketing Representative, you will be responsible for engaging with homeowners in targeted neighborhoods, generating interest in our services, and setting qualified appointments (demos) for our sales team. This is a high-energy, performance-driven role with strong earning potential through hourly pay, bonuses, and commissions. Key Responsibilities Canvass assigned neighborhoods to introduce Matrix Basement Finishing services Engage with homeowners and build rapport in face-to-face interactions Generate and set qualified in-home appointments (demos) Accurately input lead information into company systems Represent the brand professionally in the field Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to optimize lead generation efforts Why Join Matrix? Responsibilities
