ERG is seeking a Canvassing Leader to guide and motivate their own crew of marketers in the field. Previous experience with setting in-home sales presentations is strongly preferred, and door-to-door sales or marketing experience is essential. Our ideal candidate is high-energy, motivated, and can get the best out of their team every day. REQUIREMENTS

• A good operating vehicle for transportation
• Excellent communication skills

• Able to effectively utilize technology and marketing resources
• Strong coaching and training skills
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and hardworking

• Work with the Marketing Manager to staff the team with productive marketers by recruiting, hiring, training, motivating and discharging within a reasonable time those new hires that do not perform to standard
• Lead by example through effectively setting appointments and meeting personal quotas
• Mentor recruits and develop them into top producers
• Ensure that all marketers are consistently and properly utilizing company authorized scripts
• Coordinate and transport your team from the office to the assigned territory and back each day.
