About Aesthetic Roofing We’re a fast-growing residential roofing company in Northern Utah. Last year we installed 495+ roofs, hold a 4.8-star rating with 300+ Google reviews, and complete 80% of jobs in a single day. Our sales team is proven. Now we’re building the missing piece: a dominant, scalable canvassing machine. Role Overview This is a player-coach role. You’re in the field with your reps every day, building the team, driving activity, and feeding the sales pipeline with qualified homeowner appointments. If you want to sit in an office and “manage,” this is not the role. If you want to build and lead a high-output D2D squad, read on. Key Responsibilities ● Own production: Drive daily activity (doors, contacts, appointments) and ensure reps hit targets consistently. ● Train & develop: Teach script, tonality, body language, and objection handling; coach in real time through ride-alongs. ● Run daily huddles: Set goals, assign territories, deliver quick training, and review the scoreboard. ● Territory strategy: Plan neighborhoods, maximize saturation without burning areas. ● Manage KPIs & systems: Track results in our software and report numbers clearly to leadership. ● Align with closers: Ensure appointments are qualified, actually sit, and keep closers’ calendars full. ● Set the culture: High energy, high accountability, clean data, and strong follow-through.
