We’re building a new Capability Deployment & Delivery team focused on delivering impactful learning solutions, emphasising self-service to create a seamless and engaging learner experience across the Co-op.
As a Capability Coordinator, you’ll play a central role in deploying and delivering capability initiatives across the Co-op. You’ll manage end-to-end coordination, ensuring everything is executed efficiently, delivered on time, and maintained with a strong focus on quality.
You’ll be the main point of contact for all learning and capability-related queries, providing exceptional service and resolving issues with professionalism and care. You’ll use learning technologies, particularly the Learning Management System (LMS), to support a seamless and engaging learner experience, while continuously looking for ways to improve delivery through smarter processes and customer feedback.
This role calls for someone who can confidently manage competing priorities, make sound decisions, and build strong working relationships with internal teams and external vendors to ensure successful outcomes.
