WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

Our dynamic and fast paced National Capability Development team are now seeking an enthusiastic and passionate Capability Development Advisor to join the team in Melbourne, where you will be reporting to the National Leadership and Development Manager. The team compromises of an Organisational Development Lead and National Systems Trainer. This role is integral to the overall support of the firm-wide learning activity. We are looking for someone who is willing to take the lead, is fast-paced, solution focussed and not afraid to take risks. The team can be described as strategic, team orientated and deliver the best possible people experience for the Firm.
We open to discussions around flexible work, and offer a hybrid work environment. This is a fixed term full time opportunity until 30 June 2026.
Key responsibilities in the following areas will include:

LEGAL EDUCATION PROGRAM

  • Develop and launch the annual Legal Education Program
  • Manage the internal stakeholders to create a calendar of events
  • Develop and deliver a communications plan for the Program
  • Allocate continuing professional development units to team members after completion of relevant learning activities
