REQUIREMENTS

• At least a degree in Human Resources or relevant certifications
• A least 3 years in competency-based learning framework development within structured HR environments.Strong ability to manage multiple workstreams, set up systems, and engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.

• Establish governance structures, appoint leads, and work with stakeholders to build competency frameworks across various domains.
