Job Title Capability Expert, Marketing Processes Job Description The Capability Expert of Marketing Processes is a critical role within Philips’ Health Systems (HS) Marketing Center of Excellence (CoE), responsible for supporting all Marketing CoE members and marketing practitioners in Businesses and Regions. This role involves creating and maintaining clear, concise documents that outline HS marketing practices and ways of working, including process diagrams and workflows. This role is also responsible for managing and maintaining central, global processes in the Philips-wide process database, including mapped tools, compliance requirements, and other business process requirements. Additionally, this position plays an important role in tool validation and enabling tool releases for enterprise-wide marketing IT platforms. The Capability Expert of Marketing Processes will collaborate with various marketing teams to ensure that process and tool improvements are harmonized, efficient, and clearly communicated across the organization. Your role Lead development, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the Health Systems Marketing Process Framework, including visual process diagrams, workflows, and other documentation. Implement best practices and ensure consistency in how workflows and tool updates are documented and communicated. Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather input and feedback on process documentation, and team up with stakeholders (Businesses and Regions) and subject-matter experts (SMEs) to co-create resources intended to guide them in executing processes, standards, and improved ways of working. Work closely with Marketing CoE members to understand and document their centrally defined ways of working (including workflows, tools, KPIs, and compliance requirements). Liaise with Quality and Compliance partners to ensure that the appropriate compliance requirements are embedded into the global processes. Enable platform validation and tool releases in line with digital marketing strategy and tool roadmaps. Drive engagement and deployment plan to communicate changes and updates effectively across the marketing organization. Support process and tool deployment into local Quality Management Systems (QMS) and Management Systems (MS). You will be part of the Marketing Center of Excellence (CoE) in which you will report into the Capability Leader of Marketing Processes. The CoE has a global remit, supporting Businesses and Regions across the globe to accelerate enterprise-wide marketing capabilities at Philips. You will be joining a diverse and international team eager to make an impact for customers and patients. You are the right fit if: Bachelor/Master in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology or equivalent. Minimum of 8 years of experience in marketing operations, process management, or a related role Strong skills in process mapping, understanding workflows, and creating visual workflows Proficiency in using tools such as Microsoft PowerPoint, Visio or similar diagramming software Strong operational and execution focus, driven by customer-focused mindset and the ability to connect the dots and be resourceful by referencing and aligning data across various platforms and topics Excellent communication and collaboration skills and ability to build and nurture effective relationships within the matrix by developing strong cooperation with peers across Businesses, Regions, and Functions Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively and experience with project management tools and methodologies Familiarity with various marketing functions, platforms, and processes Ability to work onsite at least three days per week from one of the Philips offices based in the Netherlands.
