The Capability & Growth Consultant supports key people initiatives across leadership development, workforce planning, talent and succession, and performance management. You’ll help deliver projects, provide insights through data and analysis, and work closely with leaders to build capability across the fund. Key Responsibilities Support leadership and capability frameworks, programs and assessments Contribute to workforce planning data, analysis and action planning Assist with talent identification, succession planning and reporting Help improve performance and development processes and evaluation Provide project coordination and BAU support across capability initiatives Partner with leaders and stakeholders, sharing insights and best practice Recommend continuous improvements using trends, data and employee insights Qualifications Degree in Human Resources, Business, Organisational Psychology, or a related field Required experience, understanding or credentials including: Experience in human resources, organisational development, or in a similar capacity, focusing on capability, talent and performance initiatives. Organisational Psychology credentials and/or experience are desirable. Experience in collating, critically analysing and managing data to drive strategic human resources initiatives related to talent, leadership, workforce planning and learning. Experience in working as part of a team in workforce planning, talent management, leadership development and performance approaches in a collaborative and dynamic team environment Experience in leveraging AI and automation to drive efficiency and productivity in driving strategic HR initiatives is desirable. Understanding of superannuation industry trends and challenges is desirable. Experience consulting with a senior leadership/executive audience.
