Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a dynamic Capability Manager to support our customers in delivering appropriately skilled resources in a timely manner and their ongoing care. You will also support our Pre-Sales function, responding appropriately to RFQs and in-contract growth responsibilities.
This role would suit a senior Recruitment/HR professional with a strong mixture of recruitment, presales, and people development. Experience with Government/Defence ideal would be ideal.

Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

  • Work with Talent Acquisition on tracking of open roles, CV reviews, interviewing and providing feedback.
  • Be responsible for on boarding, initial training, customer access/screening supported by the WFM (Workforce Management) Operations team.
  • Support pipeline development for critical/high turnover roles.
  • Support team with award and pay classifications plus pricing activities determining sell rates for customers
  • Identify opportunities for skill development and career planning.
  • Identify critical roles/single points of failure and prepare succession and redundancy plans.
  • Have career development conversations with your team.
  • Staff engagement, including newsletters, site visits, social visits.
  • Responsibility to ensure compliance training and other administration is up to date.
  • Other human resource responsibilities, as required.
  • Support appropriate RFQ (Request-for-Quote) and bid responses.
  • Assist in the development of Staff Augmentation within Fujitsu Stakeholder engagement with Customer Service teams, Sales Teams, finance, HR and other internal stakeholders.
  • Focus on in-contract growth via increasing headcount and margin with customers
