Responsibilities

WHAT’S THE ROLE?

As our new Capability Manager, you’ll be at the heart of how we grow and support our people across Customer Solutions. You’ll lead the design and delivery of impactful learning programs—from onboarding to leadership development—ensuring our teams are confident, capable, and customer-obsessed. This is a full-time role, open to candidates in Adelaide or Sydney locations, with flexibility to help you do your best work, your way.
You’ll also play a key role in shaping our capability strategy, partnering with leaders and external experts to build a culture of continuous improvement and care.
