Here’s your opportunity to help our people make a big impact.      In this role, you'll: Work as part of a supportive and innovative Culture & Capability team, your role will involve:   •    Support the development and delivery of capability programs by contributing to the design, refinement and coordination of practical learning solutions that respond to workforce needs and align with organisational priorities—without owning full end to end program delivery. •    Create polished, visually engaging presentations and learning materials, producing high quality PowerPoints and documents that translate complex ideas into clear, accessible content for diverse audiences. •    Use evidence and insights—including research, data, feedback and evaluation findings—to ensure learning solutions remain effective, relevant and continuously improved across the organisation.   Shape practical, impactful learning experiences that build Transport’s workforce capability. We’re looking for someone curious, collaborative and committed to evidence informed practice—someone who understands how capability develops, thinks creatively about how people learn, and recognises that meaningful impact comes from well designed programs, strong relationships and continuous improvement.   For more information on this position and business unit, view the role description and information pack.     About you You bring experience in capability development, needs analysis or learning design, with a strong ability to create polished, visually engaging presentations and documents that clarify complex ideas.    You build strong, trusted relationships and communicate with clarity, adapting your approach to suit diverse audiences.    You use data, feedback and evidence to inform decisions and continuously improve solutions, and you translate capability frameworks and organisational needs into practical, well designed learning experiences—supported by strengths in communication, design and stakeholder engagement that drive real capability uplift.   As a Capability Officer, you’ll help build a skilled, future ready workforce by supporting the development and delivery of learning solutions that address real needs today while contributing to long term capability uplift across the organisation.   This permanent role operates under a hybrid working model in line with our Flexible Working Arrangements, combining approved in‑office days at our Macquarie Park and City locations with remote work.     Who we are Transport for NSW provides a safe, integrated, and efficient transport system.
