About the Role
Our client, a global leader in food solutions, is seeking a Capability PMO to support international learning initiatives and capability programs. This role focuses on digital transformation, capability building, and global stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the transition of learning content into Workday Learning
• Enhance the learner experience by designing engaging digital journeys
• Plan and execute capability workshops in Europe, LATAM, META, and the Netherlands
• Support digital skills assessments and capability gap analysis
• Collaborate with global and regional teams to ensure seamless execution

Requirements

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Data-related fields
• Experience as a PMO in learning or change management within complex, international environments
• Strong data analysis and project management skills
• Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken)
• Proficiency in PowerPoint (advanced animations a plus)
• Hands-on, proactive approach with strong stakeholder management skills
