Primary Responsibilities: Own end‑to‑end capability strategy, lifecycle, and roadmap Define and articulate business value statements, capability vision, and future direction Establish KPI targets and make decisions to maintain, scale, or de‑invest capabilities Drive operational readiness, ensuring alignment with engineering, operations, and business teams Build solid cross‑enterprise relationships to accelerate adoption and ensure long‑term fit Evaluate market, competitive, and customer insights to identify new opportunities Lead demos, stakeholder communications, and business case development for strategic initiatives Anticipate risks and develop proactive mitigation strategies Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regard to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment).
