ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re seeking a Capacity and Capability Lead to join our Enablement Risk team at Australian Retirement Trust. This role is pivotal in ensuring our programs and projects are equipped with the right people, skills, and resources—both now and into the future.
You’ll lead the design and delivery of capacity and capability strategies across business teams and workstreams, driving performance optimisation and workforce readiness. This includes developing and executing a comprehensive capacity and capability plan in collaboration with workstream owners.

Day to day, you’ll:

  • Develop and implement strategic resource planning and allocation frameworks.
  • Lead capability uplift initiatives through coaching, training, and performance support.
  • Collaborate with business leaders to identify future workforce needs and skill gaps.
  • Monitor and report on capability metrics and workforce performance indicators.
  • Design and deliver a dynamic capacity and capability plan aligned with program goals.

This role is a 12-month max-term/ secondment opportunity.
