• Allows efficient cargo flow in all ports of load, avoiding operational disruptions. Optimizes cargo routing.
• Analyzes historical data and forecasts to maximize ships.
• Proactively foresees risks and opportunities and plans accordingly across network.
• Proposes options and highlights challenges to offer contingency on network string.
• Has a strong focus on customers and service delivery.
• Reduces costs and waste by a systematic data driven analytical approach.
• Works closely with all internal and external stakeholder (ports, partners) to manage the overall network string efficiently and effectively.
