Job Description Global ERP Transformation has been established to establish the foundation for future growth of the LEGO Group, moving us from SAP ECC to SAP S/4 HANA. You will be part of team of senior profiles that are accountable for end-to-end solutions, ensuring that implementation progresses and deploys successfully. Are you our new ERP Partner that drives the capacity allocation and transparency across our critical programs, PELM and ERP Transformation? Core Responsibilities Drive Programme Resourcing & Capacity Management Key driver in the Transformation Management Office to manage resources and capacity. Works closely with Delivery Management, project managers and stream leads across programme to identify capacity demands, competency gaps and where new roles are required to deliver according to scope, plan and quality. Take lead in establishing and maintaining links between plans, resources and financial management. Drives recurring demand/capacity and performance evaluations to ensure right capability to deliver both short and longer term. Manages yearly HR cycle incl. driving the resource estimation process together with Delivery Management, backfill and scale up/down processes. Facilitates role rotations across programme to ensure growth and retention. Support Workforce Development Supports developing the Next SAP and PELM Generation in The LEGO Group. Support alignment of people strategies with ERP and PELM Transformation Goals and contribute to Programme communications ensuring that the people agenda is championed. Support Programme Adoption of New Ways of Working Works with Delivery Management and Transformation Management to upskill programme organisation in new ways of working to deliver on the ERP & PELM transformation (identifying areas for upskilling, assessing appropriate ways to ensure upskilling, coordinating upskilling). Works with HR roles within Digital and Business to ensure a coordinated approach to rolling out new ways of working. Provides coaching to stream leads on managing how they roll out new ways of working to the respective teams they are working with. Support Change Management Efforts Work with Transformation Management on defining developing & executing appropriate ways to effectively drive change for end users e.g. appropriate training methods. Do you have what it takes? PMO experience, ideally from a role in a Finance or HR organisation. Experience with ERP implementation is an advantage. Financial education above Bachelor Level – alternative project/program management with a solid understanding of integration to finance. Similar role and/or project manager with ability to drive end-to-end responsibility for work enabling a transformation. Excellent skills in collaborating with different profiles, i.e. specialists in streams, communications, Strategy & Transformation. Financial acumen and a passion for making plans and excel sheet simple to use. Project management and team leadership capabilities considered an advantage. Strong interpersonal skills. Ability to articulate clear and concise messages which effectively communicate program status, risks and needs. Ability to develop strong network and support of functional and business unit collaborators. Curious to learn and lean into areas outside the key expertise field to support peers during peak delivery times. Someone that will nurture the execution of the organisational change strategy across all collaborator groups. #EL - LI1 PMO experience, ideally from a role in a Finance or HR organisation.
