This is an exceptional opportunity to become a part of Coupang’s growth in Taiwan and create a world where our customers wonder, “How did I ever live without Coupang?” Role Overview As a Capacity Planning Manager(Lastmile Management), you will lead the execution of logistics capacity planning across last mile and middle mile operations. This role is responsible for executing the action plans including managing daily and monthly capacity, and driving operational efficiency through data-driven workforce and performance analysis. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure scalable and cost-effective logistics execution. What You Will Do Lead the execution and coordination of capacity planning models for last mile logistics, ensuring alignment with operational goals. Own the daily and monthly manpower and asset planning processes, and collaborate with operations teams to ensure timely and effective execution. Analyze driver performance and cost models to identify productivity gaps and optimize route/area-level efficiency. Drive the implementation and continuous improvement of workforce planning tools to enhance forecasting accuracy and operational agility. Basic Qualifications 5+ years of relevant experience in logistics last mile and middle mile. Proven experience in data processing and analysis to build models that support business decisions. Strong communication skills across various contexts. Strong analytical mindset and data-driven approach. Proficiency in MS Office, Advanced Excel, Google Sheet, Tableau and SQL/Python. Preferred Qualifications Degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or Industrial Engineering. Experience in planning and project management.
