Description

ABOUT HOLCIM

We are leaders in supplying innovative, sustainable building solutions to the UK construction industry; building progress for people and the planet.
Since 1858, we’ve helped shape the UK; powering the construction of homes and hospitals, roads and railways, schools and cities alike.
Our mission is to make sustainable construction a reality, through purposeful action that tackles real carbon and climate challenges. We are dedicated to helping Britain grow and thrive - by doing the right thing, doing it together, and making a difference.

THE OPPORTUNITY

We’re offering an exciting opportunity for an experienced CAPEX Project Manager to join our national Project Delivery team. You’ll lead the delivery of high-value construction and infrastructure projects across Holcim. From developing new sites to upgrading existing assets and replacing essential equipment.
These are complex, high-impact projects where your ability to manage risk, engage contractors, and ensure a robust safety performance will be central to success. While projects span across the UK, we’re ideally looking for someone Midlands-based due to regular travel and site presence.
From writing CAPEX business cases and defining scopes, to overseeing live construction activity and contractor performance, you’ll take full project ownership. You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders and on-site teams to ensure each project is delivered safely, efficiently, and to specification – with a clear focus on challenging construction methods where needed and maintaining strong compliance with CDM 2015 regulations.
This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in live environments, enjoys making decisions with real-world impact, and wants to play a leading role in building a safer, more sustainable built environment.
