Key qualifications include: Managing execution of learning and development engagements for clients. • Experience in leveraging AI tools and platforms to drive change adoption across large organizations. • Define and track change adoption KPIs using AI-powered analytics and dashboards. • Design and implement AI-based training programs, including gamification and adaptive learning paths. • Utilize AI to personalize change management strategies based on stakeholder behavior and feedback. • Apply data-driven insights from AI models to continuously improve change adoption and engagement.
